Very nice location with easy access to vaporetto and gondola ferry. Beautiful suite with fine views of the canal. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with a decent variety of choices. Excellent value for money.

Minor details in the upper floor corridors were a bit outdated and could use some refurbishment.

kitchen ventilation was very loud and caused strong vibrations in the room. at night it was off and was switched on again at 5 am. disturbing.

Luxurious room with comfortable bed and pillows, well-appointed bathroom with toiletries and additional amenities, including razor and toothbrush. Appreciated having slippers and excellent air conditioning. Suite made us feel like royalty. Convenient location with own dock for private water taxi and nearby public water taxi stop. Beautiful hotel with turn down service, verandah restaurant, and rooftop bar. Really good service and professionalism. Will stay here every time in Venice.

catastrophic breakfast: in the third morning there was not even bread or rolls available, terrace is a little dirty - but probably normal for venice, only really good thing is, as almost everywhere in italy, coffee.

Our room at Ca' Sagredo was beautifully decorated with high quality furnishings and had high ceilings. The bathroom was very opulent, covered entirely in marble, and the shower was excellent. The location on the Grand Canal was really good, and we enjoyed the fine view from the fourth floor roof terrace. The hotel's history as a former Aristocratic Palace was apparent at every turn, with the decor reminiscent of a Shakespearean play. Despite the lack of facilities, we were not expecting much in the heart of Venice.

Staff at the reception are very pleasant, smiling and available. In this particular period when there are few guests, Raffaele and his colleagues contribute to a warm and quality stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right on the Grand Canal but in a quiet area. I could easily walk to St Marco square and the Rialto market. The hotel's facilities were excellent, especially the breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff, always willing to give directions to restaurants or addresses that proved to be very useful. They listened to our suggestion of a room with a view. We had reserved a suite and were given it with a magnificent view of the Grand Cana. The suite was very large and comfortable.

I recently stayed in a stunning historic suite that overlooked a bustling canal. The location was ideal, being right on the Grand Canal yet surprisingly quiet. The room was opulently decorated and boasted a marble bathroom with an array of toiletries. The service was impeccable, with friendly and welcoming staff. The buffet breakfast was served in a beautiful room and there were options for rooftop and canal-side dining. it truly felt like living in a Venetian nobleman's house.

The concierge consistently provided incorrect information, which was frustrating at times.

Very poor quality of breakfast . No coffee machine in the room, for a 5 stars in Italy ... Bathroom consumables (bath caps, toothbrushes) are available for a fee... at more than 600 euros per room, it's petty ... One day when it was raining we asked for an umbrella, and they gave us an old and completely broken one, unusable ... not at all 5 stars !

We had a knee injury and the staff at Ca' Sagredo immediately came to our aid, bringing ice to our room without even asking. Their excellent customer service made us feel cared for. The central location and easy access to boats made exploring Venice easy. The beautiful and comfortable room added to the overall charm of our stay. Despite a minor issue with controlling the room temperature, our experience at Ca' Sagredo was really good. I highly recommend this hotel.

Location of the excellent hotel on the Grand Canal and very close to the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's Square. Spacious suite with all the services although the A/C controls are a bit archaic and temperature of the room is not very well managed. cleaning is excellent.

The breakfast to be a Small Luxury Hotels of the World can be improved a lot (excessive price and little variety). Another negative point I found in the information received at the reception. They asked us if it was the first time in Venice, we said yes and they didn't even tell us the places to visit. It is true that even if it is the first time you go, it is not difficult to know the museums, monuments or churches to visit but a little information or recommendations should always be given. Neither did they recommend any particular restaurant or ask us.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ca' Sagredo in Venice for a week. The hotel truly feels like a small palace, with its fantastic entrance and main hall that immediately transport you to the ancient glory of Venice. The location is extremely convenient, with most places in Venice just a short walk away. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the room service was exceptional. I particularly enjoyed the romantic breakfasts on the canal terrace, despite the occasional visit from pigeons. an extraordinary experience that I highly recommend.

This hotel is a luxurious gem with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all of my needs. the room advantages were exquisite, with a beautiful marble bathroom and soft sheets on a comfortable bed. the bar and lounge area was an elegant space to unwind and enjoy a drink, while the service was impeccable. the location advantages made it easy to explore the surrounding area, with a nearby water taxi stop.

The only minor issue was the lack of in-room breakfast options, but the hotel's restaurant made up for it with its delicious menu featuring special diet options. this hotel provided a decadent experience with excellent service and exclusive facilities.
